New Headquarters for ICS
Acting on behalf of Integrated Communication Services (ICS), Jonathon Seddon of NG Chartered Surveyors has secured new headquarter premises for the specialist customer contact operator.
The 8,900 sq ft Pinfold House on Talbot Street was identified and secured in an off-market transaction at a price well below the level of a subsequent bank valuation. Jonathon states “it was great to identify and secure a building that not only fully matched the client's brief, but was secured at a price that took full advantage of the prevailing marketing conditions.”
