It is not always possible to agree property related disputes by negotiation.

At NG we have surveyors able to act as Independent Experts or Arbitrators to provide a resolution that it binding on both parties. Acting in accordance with the regulations of the RICS you can be assured of our complete impartiality and a determination to make the right decision.

Alternatively, in the event of judicial proceedings, we can act as an Expert Witness or Advocate, forming a valuable part of the team to support your claim.
