NG’s Director led Residential Property Management Services Department delivers an expert service to all our clients removing the stress of self-management.
The skilled team liaise with utility suppliers, arrange and supervise building repairs and maintenance, prepare safety reports and supervise the payment of property rents as well as the administration of what can sometimes be complicated service charges.
We make sure that the various functions associated with residential management are dealt with whether this be ensuring contractors fulfil their duties by supervising their work, which can include cleaning and landscape maintenance matters.
The NG approach is friendly and welcoming, our tenants can contact us at any time about issues that may need addressing. Unlike many managing agents, we undertake regular property visits whilst the tenancy is ongoing. This means that we often pick up on potential issues before they amount to something more serious, and it also helps to build relationships with tenants.
