A String of Deals on H2O Sherwood Business Park

The success of the H2O Office Park on Sherwood Business Park has been underlined by a number of recent sales on the scheme.

In the summer, NG Chartered Surveyors completed the sale of 3,500 sq.ft office to NoBlue, a software company. Their Managing Director, Ian Irwin said: “The move to larger offices was not only necessary to continue our rapid growth, but also benefits our clients and the team directly, through more space, the addition of collaborative project rooms, meeting and training rooms.” The company is planning to take on another ten employees over the next two years, taking the head count to thirty.

The deal was brokered by NG Director, Jonathon Seddon, who said: “I had spoken to Ian at NoBlue on a number of occasions over the years about the offices on H2O and I’m delighted that the ongoing success of his business eventually gave him the confidence to acquire what is, I believe, a great office building. I’ve been invited round it since they completed the acquisition and it’s now an impressive, bespoke base for his business”.

More recently, Jonathon has brokered the sale of a 1,600 sq.ft office to a local business that have relocated from Castle Donington. He commented: “This sale was particularly satisfying. Our client was a pension scheme that had acquired the unit a year ago as a long term investment, only for the tenant to unexpectedly fail and be dissolved. They are great quality offices on H2O, and such was the level of competition for the last of the small units we were marketing, we were able to complete the sale at a level that showed the investor a substantial net profit on the transaction”.

NG also report that they have other deals with the lawyers that should complete shortly.
