Robin Hood Industrial Estate, Nottingham is now fully let following a deal by NG Chartered Surveyors which will see new tenants Northern Food Plus move on to the estate. Existing tenants, ColorSet, a leading graphics and display company have expanded on site by relocating from their single unit to taking two adjoining units.
On news of ColorSet’s planned relocation, the single unit was immediately put under offer to Northern Foods Plus Limited.
Sunny Landa, director at NG said “We are delighted to have secured further commitment from ColorSet. This is a fantastic result for Robin Hood Industrial Estate and to achieve 100% further demonstrates the strong occupier demand in the current market”.
Northern Foods Plus Limited has taken a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years on a mid terraced unit comprising 3,747 sq ft of modern warehouse accommodation and even more here.
“The recent string of lettings demonstrates the popularity of this location” commented Henry Henson. “Robin Hood Industrial Estate remains a popular location for warehouse occupiers primarily due to its central location in Nottingham. The estate is fully managed and offers tenants a professional working environment. We continue to receive interest from companies wanting to be based as close as possible to Nottingham City Centre.”
The Robin Hood Industrial Estate is positioned less than a mile from Nottingham City Centre and occupiers on site include Sue Ryder and Eriks Industrial Services Limited.
