Plans to speculatively develop a new trade park in Long Eaton have been revealed.
The scheme, to be built by Clowes Developments and marketed by NG Chartered Surveyors and FHP Property Consultants, called Forbes Park will enhance Long Eaton’s already excellent reputation as a centre for high quality trade counter premises by offering up to 11 brand new individual units between 1,000 sq ft 6500 sq ft.
Clowes Developments will look to begin the development in the Spring, with completion by the end of the year.
Richard Sutton, managing director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said:
“This is a bold statement by Clowes and a show of real confidence in Long Eaton, which has long been known as a centre of high quality trade counter stock.
“Forbes Park is in the perfect location for growing businesses to expand into, and we know these units will prove extremely popular. We’re delighted to be involved in this fantastic scheme, and I’d urge anyone business owners who need space to take their company to the next level to get in touch.”
Hannah Bailey of Clowes Developments said:
“We are really eager to start construction of this speculative trade park scheme in Long Eaton. Clowes Developments are currently building a number of similar schemes across the UK which are proving to be very popular in the market and we are confident this development will be just as much of a success.”
NG are delighted to be working with Clowes and FHP in the delivery of this scheme and look forward to bringing new occupiers to Forbes Park.
Forbes Park has an extensive frontage to Fields Farm Road, close to its junction with Acton Road, in an established industrial area approximately half a mile to the south of Long Eaton town centre.
