NG Chartered Surveyors purchased Wilford House for a family pension fund back in 2004 with Gleeds as tenants. This 12,000 sq ft beautiful Grade 2 Listed building is what can only be termed a hidden gem in Nottingham’s office market. It is an impressive headquarters office building set in landscaped grounds with great access to the city centre either via road or the NET and out to J24 of the M1 via the A453.
Over the last 15yrs the NG team have ensured Wilford House remained occupied and income producing achieving impressive rental growth.
Our management team ensured the building and grounds were always beautifully looked after and the building retained its unique character.
In 2019 Gleeds took the decision not to renew their lease and relocated to alternative premises. NG’s agency team stepped back in and initiated a bespoke marketing campaign which resulted in Wilford House being sold for an undisclosed sum to an international engineering firm.
Moving into 2020 the new owners are breathing new life into Wilford House with their own high level refurbishment plans and the building continues to be occupied as it should be as a headquarters office building.
