Final Letting Agreed in Landmark £15M Scheme

Ray Valenti has negotiated a letting of nearly 20,000 sq ft of brand new office accommodation in The Pod development on behalf of Nottingham based property company Bildurn. The deal comprises one of the largest Grade A office transactions in Nottingham during 2012 and means that all of the space in this landmark building will be occupied by the end of the year.

The new tenant is TDX Group, one of Nottingham’s most successful companies within the IT sector. They currently occupy part of the City Gate complex.

Arranged over three main floor levels the space is being fitted out by Bildurn to the occupier’s specific requirements and will provide for approximately 235 workstations together with a range of private client meeting rooms and staff break-out areas. Unusually for a multi occupied building the offices will be entirely self-contained with their own front door entrance from Fletcher Gate.

This is the third letting which Ray has achieved within The Pod having previously being responsible for securing Accor Group as the tenant of a 142 bedroomed hotel and Fitness4Less as the tenant of the leisure space at lower ground floor level.
