Tiger Developments, Eldon Road Business Park continues to go from strength to strength following the announcement of two lettings on the popular office development, which is now nearing 100% occupancy.
In the first deal, Baldwins Accountants have moved into a 3,000 sq.ft unit on a ten year lease in order to accommodate their rapidly expanding business following their acquisition of local accountancy practices, MHA and Harrison & Co.
The scheme exceeded the requirements of the well regarded accountancy practice by offering high quality office accommodation in a superb location that not only has wide ranging amenities close by, but also provides easy access to the M1 motorway at junction 25.
The second letting takes advantage of another of the strengths of the office park – its proximity to the Eldon Road Trading Estate. EvoEnergy have taken a 2,500 sq.ft building on the office park, coupled with a 5,400 sq.ft warehouse building on the neighbouring estate.
