H2O Business Park Move for NoBlue
12th July 2015
Software company NoBlue has relocated to larger premises as a result of continued growth. The firm has kept to its Annesley roots, but is now located on the H2O Business Park, near Junction 27 of the M1.
Managing director Ian Irwin said: “The move to larger offices is not only necessary to continue our rapid growth, but also benefits our clients and the team directly, through more available working space, the addition of collaborative project rooms, meeting and training rooms.”
The deal was brokered by Jonathan Seddon of NG Chartered Surveyors. Mr Irwin said there were a number of factors that attracted the firm to the H20 Business Park, including its location, quality and size of its offices. The company is to take on another ten employees over the next two years. This will take the head count to 30. Mr Irwin added: “We are growing the team across all areas of the organisation but are presently focused on developing the sales and professional services teams, in particular e-commerce web development, plus consultants specialising in finance, retail, warehousing and manufacturing.”
Mr Seddon said: “I had spoken to Ian at NoBlue on a number of occasions over the years about the offices on H2O and I’m delighted that the ongoing success of his business eventually gave him the confidence to acquire what is, I believe, a great office building.”
