Hooray for Henry – newest member of RICS at NG
7th May 2014
Henry Henson, commercial property specialist at NG Chartered Surveyors, has been made a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Henry joined the practice (named by industry “bible” Estates Gazette as 3rd most active agents in Nottinghamshire) in 2012, having graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2011, with a BSc Honours Degree in Property Investment and Finance.
“The team at NG has been hugely supportive with my studies for the Assessment of Professional Competence. I’ve rotated my training within the agency, management and professional departments and this hands on experience has enabled me to gain a broad range of experience.
“I’ve been working closely with Sunny Landa, who has supervised me using throughout NG’s training process and with Richard Sutton who has acted as my counsellor – even putting me through a series of mock interviews which proved invaluable.”
Richard Sutton, director at NG said:
“Henry’s passed these rigorous exams first time because he’s not afraid of hard work, listening and learning. We’ve been keen to get him close to the action and involved in deals right from the start. His attitude is superb and he’s a great part of our team here. My thanks to Sunny for sharing his insight as his supervisor, having also come through our training programme.”
Henry will continue to split his time between the agency and property management teams.
