Joint Deal Sees Local Agents Sell Prime Castle Donington Office Space

We have struck a deal with David Brown Commercial to sell a prime 4,800 sq ft office building on Willow Farm Business Park, Castle Donington.

The joint agency deal sees the office scheme, at 4 Boundary Court, bought by a private investment vehicle.  NG and David Brown acted on behalf of vendor.

Willow Farm is owned by successful East Midlands developer Wilson Bowden.

“Willow Farm Business Park is set to grow, with a final two-acre phase having planning consent for industrial warehouse uses, and so this sale means not only has the vendor secured a solid deal, but the buyer has bought a property in a fast-growing location.
