Lease Renewals for Perceptive Informatics

Jonathon Seddon, Partner of East Midlands Surveying Practice, NG Nattrass Giles, has just completed a series of five lease renewals on behalf of Perceptive Informatics. The renewals of industrial premises on Freeth Street were of strategic importance to the client company because the previous leases were excluded from the protection afforded by the Landlord and Tenant Act. Thus, the client did not have an automatic right of renewal and faced the prospect of being evicted from premises that had been heavily modified to suit the needs of the business. Whilst terms of the settlement remain confidential, rental increases were kept to an absolute minimum.
The lease renewals complete a programme of transactions by NG Nattrass Giles for Perceptive Informatics, ensuring they have the necessary premises to ensure the continued growth of the business.
