NG has the vision to seal deal for national optician brand

As the East Midlands’ commercial property specialists, we’ve started 2019 as we ended 2018: with another letting deal for a big name brand – and banishing any thoughts of Brexit blues in the region’s commercial property market.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Richard Sutton, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, has let the 30,523 sq ft Unit 2 Little Tennis Street, Colwick to optician giant Vision Express, who were represented by FHP’s Mark Tomlinson.
Vision Express had been experiencing short-term storage issues and needed a rapid deal. Terms were agreed quickly between NG and Vision Express’s agent, Mark Tomlinson of FHP. In case of storage issues you could check here for a convenient space
“We were pleased to be in the right place at the right time with the right product to make this deal happen. Our client was prepared to structure the terms to allow Vision Express to take quick occupation. The deal has been built on the classic approach of where there is a will there is a way.
“However, we still face a shortage of industrial stock in the market, so lettings like this are a good indication that, irrespective of Brexit, firms still want to get things done.”

Little Tennis Street, which forms part of the highly popular Colwick industrial area, is approximately 2.5 kilometres to the south-west of Nottingham city centre. Its location affords easy access to the A612 Daleside Road, which is one of the principal arterial roads to and from the city, affording easy access to the national roads network.
