NG helps new law firm get up and running in Nottingham city centre

NG Chartered Surveyors has let a prominent city centre office to a brand new legal practice setting up in Nottingham.
The 1,782 sq ft premises at 58 Talbot Street have been taken by a newly formulated Solicitors Practice in a deal brokered by Sunny Landa director at NG acting for the landlord.
The offices, which are exempt from the Workplace Parking Levy, benefit from a prominent corner position on Russell Place and Talbot Street within close proximity to Nottingham Trent University, and benefit from excellent transport links in and out of Nottingham.
Sunny Landa says: “Good quality office stock such as 58 Talbot Street is proving very popular in Nottingham city centre at present. The property has recently undergone a full refurbishment and comprises a semi‐detached building arranged over 3 storeys, the ground floor principally providing office accommodation and access to a basement.
“The deal went through very smoothly, and the landlord and new tenant made the whole process a very easy one. This deal goes to show that if landlords are willing to invest in their properties, then there is a strong demand for them. We’d urge landlords across the city centre – and elsewhere – to put the time and resources into ensuring their properties are not only appealing to current tenants – but also future ones.”
The adjoining property, 1 Russell Place, is also available for rent, also exempt from the Workplace Parking Levy.
