“The Hockley Music & Arts Club is a welcome addition to the cultural scene in Nottingham and we’ll be watching with close interest their progress. We’re delighted with the outcome for our landlord client and we wish the new tenants every success in their new venture.”
Vic Hunt, Director of The Hockley Music & Arts Club, said
“After a year of doom and gloom with the arts being hit more so than any other sector we are excited to be bringing a new venture to Nottingham where we can help kick start the creative industry”
“Charlotte and the team at NG secured us the perfect property and navigated us through the process providing a first rate service.”
Ryan Fairfield, Asset Manager at Entain Group, owner of Ladbrokes Coral, said
“This former Coral premises has been sitting vacant since we made the operational decision to close the shop in 2017. We brought NG on board in 2020 to breathe life into the marketing and somewhat remarkably they have managed to secure us a new long-term tenant in the middle of a global pandemic. Kudos to Sunny, Charlotte and Ellis for all their hard work and commitment in challenging circumstances – a top team of people.”
