One of Loughborough’s most high profile commercial units has come back onto the market after two decades, in a move that will create jobs for the town.
A Commercial Epoxy Contractor from Floors2Go believes that property specialists at NG Chartered Surveyors have been instructed to market the 4,000 sq ft former Auto Windscreens and Floors2Go premises at the entrance to the prestigious Belon Park Industrial Estate – Loughborough’s largest and most sought after location.
Since unit was built Belon Park has undergone a dramatic transformation, with some of the largest names in retail moving in. B&Q has built a new superstore adjacent, whilst Aldi has moved in next door. According to Richard Sutton, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, the unit’s position makes it ideal for a trade counter, retail of coffee/food outlet as the estate is chronically underserved in this Richard said: “I’ve advised the owners of this high-quality unit since it was built and let it off-plan originally. I’m very excited by this opportunity.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for an operator to take on a unit in what I consider to the best location in town. We are already in discussions with a number of well-known brands who have been quick to see its attractions, and, once let, this unit will provide much-needed local jobs for Loughborough.
“I’d urge any interested parties to contact me as soon as possible to register their interest in this prime unit.”
