Stanton Forge Ilkeston New Industrial Units Available
9th February 2016
Industrial units designed for small businesses and start-up are available at a new-build scheme in Ilkeston.
Commercial property specialist firm NG Chartered Surveyors has been instructed by Cold Developments to market five new starter units at Stanton Forge.
They will sit alongside a new base for roofing services firm Advanced Roofing which has moved from the Manners Industrial Estate, also in Ilkeston.
Work on Stanton Forge is expected to be finished within the next few months. The site includes four 1,000 sq ft units and one 1,200 sq ft unit, and will be completed in early 2016.
Richard Sutton, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “The interest we’ve had already on The Forge goes to show that there is real pent up demand for high quality industrial units in the East Midlands.
“Cold Developments have grasped the nettle and we’re delighted to be working with them to market this new development.
“It’s a great opportunity for small companies to purchase a high quality unit and we would urge any companies looking for high-spec accommodation in the Ilkeston area to get in touch with us.”
Richard Jowett of Cold Developments said: “We’ve decided to go ahead with The Forge as we recognised the shortage of local industrial start-up units.
“Working closely with NG we’re looking to attract SMEs looking to start-up or relocate to newer, fresher alternative premises.
“We chose to work with NG because of their extensive knowledge and professionalism in the industrial sector.”
Stanton Forge is located within an established industrial and distribution area 10 minutes away from J25 of the M1.
