Sycamore Pods Micro Units Available
12th November 2010
Maplebeck Holdings have taken the plunge and are speculatively developing a parade of high quality micro units on their Moorgreen Industrial Park, Eastwood, Nottingham. The development, called “The Sycamore Pods” is due to complete in late November will provide nine self contained units constructed in a single terrace, comprising eight units of 1,000 sq ft and a larger unit of 1,500 sq ft.
Marketing of the development is being handled by Richard Sutton and Sunny Landa of NG Chartered Surveyors.
Sunny said, “One of the fundamental reasons behind this development is the fact that, in the current economic climate, many people look to start new businesses but they struggle to secure suitable premises. We are also aware of people who have started successful businesses from their homes and garages but are now ready to take the operation to a higher level. It is these people we are targeting with the new Sycamore Pod units.”
Richard commented, “we are confident that we are bringing to the market units that will be in demand, and this is proving to be the case as we are already in meaningful negotiations with a number of interested parties.
The Moorgreen Industrial Park extends to some 200,000 sq ft. It has been upgraded considerably and benefits from on-going investment supervised by an on-site management team, providing units of a variety of sizes, it now accommodates a wide range of locally based companies.
